We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Protein Hunter subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant order and request a refund, or contact Paddle support from there.
  3. You can also contact our team via the Service and we will help you initiate the refund.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
