Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Protein Hunter ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Georges Kamal Issa, an individual sole trader ("the Seller"). By accessing or using Protein Hunter (the "Service") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Protein Hunter provides protein-content information about foods, a searchable food database, and an AI assistant ("The Hunter") that answers questions about protein. The Service is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be of legal age to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) send spam or harmful content; (c) infringe any intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service or introduce malware; (e) resell or redistribute the Service; or (f) circumvent any technical limits.
5. AI outputs
The Hunter's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for how you use them. Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs and suspend accounts that misuse the AI (illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, jailbreaking, etc.).
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by the Seller and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your plan.
7. Payments & subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's place of residence, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
14. Contact
